Homework / Prep
At Henriette Le Forestier, homework (prep) is set daily by teachers to support the work undertaken in the school day.
Our Prep Diary is the main communication tool between the school and home. All homework is noted and should be checked by parents regularly. Notes may be included regarding activities or special occasions.
Our experience is that when children move onto secondary school, they are comfortable with the level of homework required. Work may also be given to be completed during holidays to ensure children keep their reading and numeracy levels.
Wednesday is “Prep Free” to ensure time for activities and sports fixtures.
